2. The Service

The Service is a CRM platform operated by Sela Tech LTDthat helps a business ("Client") receive and manage leads that contact it through WhatsApp, Instagram, or TikTok. Access to the Service is provided to Clients and the individual users they authorize.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
The Client is responsible for the conduct of the individual users it authorizes to access the Service.

4. Permitted Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or compromise the security of the Service.
Use the Service to send unsolicited or abusive messages.
Share your account credentials with unauthorized persons.

5. Beta / Pre-Launch Stage

The Service is currently offered on a pre-launch / beta basis and is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Features, availability, and behavior may change without notice as the Service continues to be developed.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any account that violates these Terms. A Client may stop using the Service, or request deletion of its data, at any time by contacting us.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sela Tech LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date above.
