User Data Deletion

1. Who This Applies To

This service is operated by Sela Tech LTDand is used by businesses ("Clients") to receive and manage leads that message them through WhatsApp and Instagram (via the Meta Cloud API). If you have messaged one of our Clients on WhatsApp or Instagram, or you are a Client account holder, this page explains how to have your data deleted.

2. What Gets Deleted

A deletion request removes all data we hold that is linked to you, including:

• Your name and phone number.
• The content of your conversation (messages, media, transcripts).
• Any internal notes, tags, appointments, or lead records linked to your contact.
• Advertising referral metadata linked to your contact (if any).

3. How to Request Deletion

Send an email to support@selatech.online with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

• The phone number (including country code) used on WhatsApp or Instagram, or the account email if you are a Client account holder.
• The name of the business (Client) you messaged, if known.

We use this information only to locate and delete the matching records, and we discard it once the request has been processed.

4. Timeline and Confirmation

We verify and complete deletion requests within 30 days and reply to your email once the data has been deleted. Data may be retained beyond this period only where we are required to do so by law.
